Welcome To Lenoci Law, P.A.
Lenoci Law specializes in real estate litigation with a special emphasis on foreclosure representation. Because of extensive training and experience in real estate foreclosure, we are able to provide quick and efficient advice regarding your real estate and foreclosure litigation issues.
The foreclosure process can be confusing, stressful and intimidating. Once served with a summons and complaint for foreclosure, a homeowner has 20 days to file a response. If the homeowner does not respond to the complaint within 20 days, the attorney representing the lender can move for a default. Do not wait – 20 days go by quickly. You want an experienced attorney on your side at the beginning of the process.
Already served? If you failed to file a response within the 20 days, there is still time to defend your case. The Florida Supreme Court has order mandatory mediation in all foreclosures on homestead/primary residence property. This is an opportunity for the homeowner to meet with a lender representative with full authority to settle the case. Monica Mercer Lenoci is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator with special training in residential mortgage foreclosure mediation.
Foreclosure Defense: If you want to save your home , we will discuss the foreclosure process, attend mediation, negotiate a loan modification, review alternatives, including short sales, deed-in-lieu and bankruptcy, and discuss deficiency judgments and 1099-C debt income.
