Monica Mercer Lenoci is the founder of Lenoci Law, P.A. She has developed a strong presence amongst the most well-known mortgage foreclosure practices in the Northeast Florida. Mrs. Lenoci is a member of The Florida Bar, Tallahassee Bar Association and Jacksonville Bar Association. She is active in Florida’s 2nd, 3nd, 4th, 7th and 8th Judicial Circuits. Mrs. Lenoci received her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. Prior to attending law school, Mrs. Lenoci received her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from Barry University in Tallahassee, Florida. |
Mrs. Lenoci offers representation as local bank counsel to mortgage lenders and servicers throughout Northeast Florida. Our office provides the highest quality representation available and continually strives to ensure our interests are aligned with those of our clients.
Mrs. Lenoci is a sole practitioner working in Jacksonville, St. Augustine and the surrounding areas. She has a successful foreclosure/real estate litigation and mediation practice and have worked in North Florida for the last 25 years. She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and has worked extensively with local foreclosure mediation programs. She represent several Florida law firms as local counsel; attending mediations, case management conferences and summary judgment hearings in the 3rd, 4th, 7th and 8th circuits.
Mrs. Lenoci has 15 years experience as a licensed title examiner, abstractor and closing agent with experience in both residential and commercial transactions. She has acted as an independent title consultant for the State of Florida in the areas of eminent domain and state land acquisition. In addition, she has seven years experience in municipal bond law, including mortgage backed securities.
Mrs. Lenoci has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in the real estate industry. She continues to grow her practice and stay up-to-date with new industry development by attending seminars, lectures and conferences.
